Understanding the Employment Pass (EP)

The Employment Pass is specifically designed to allow qualified foreign professionals and entrepreneurs to work in Singapore. To be eligible, candidates must:

• Earn a minimum monthly salary of $5,600 (increases progressively with age from age 23, up to $10,700 at age 45 plus.

• For Financial services, the minimum is $6,200 (increases with age from age 23, up to $11,800 at age 45 plus.
