The Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass (OnePass) is a premium Singapore work suitable for top talent across all sectors in business, technology, science, arts and academia. OnePass is exceptional 5‑year special work visa offering flexibility allows eligible applicants to concurrently start businesses, operate and work for multiple companies in Singapore at any one time and bring family.
What is the eligibility?
Fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 or equivalent in foreign currency for the last year or who earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 under their prospective employer based in Singapore.
Overseas candidate
Been working for an established company overseas for at least 1 year or Working for an established company in Singapore.
Existing work pass
Been working in Singapore for at least 1 year or be working for an established company in Singapore.
Outstanding achievements
Individuals with outstanding achievements in the arts and culture, sports, as well as academia and research can qualify for Overseas Networks and Expertise Pass without meeting the salary criterion.

Renewal Requirements
These renewal criteria are designed to ensure that ONE Pass holders continue to make significant economic contributions to Singapore.
To renew for another 5 years, applicants must show:
Average monthly salary of SGD 30,000 over the past 5 years in Singapore, OR
Operate a Singapore-based company employing at least 5 locals earning above EP minimum salary (SGD 5,600, rising to SGD 6,000 in 2027).
