Letter of Consent (LOC) – Dependent Pass Application
(Singapore LOC) The Letter of Consent for Dependent pass application of an LTVP or LTVP+ holder married to a Local Singapore to work in Singapore if valid job offer.
Note:
Only by employer or the appointed visa agent.
LTVP holders can work in Singapore if they can get a job.
From 1 May 2021, all dependents of foreigners with a Dependent Pass Application will need an applicable work pass (e.g. EP, S Pass or Work Permit)

Eligibility |
To be eligible for a renewal of the LOC, you will also need to hire at least one Singaporean / Permanent Resident who earns at least the prevailing Local Qualifying Salary and receives CPF contributions for at least 3 months. Before applying, check that your Dependent’s Pass is valid for at least 3 months. |

Pre-Approval |
Once submitted the LOC application will receive the outcome of your request within 1 week. If your request is approved, then proceed to apply for the LOC. |

One year from issue date or Up to the expiry date of Dependent’s Pass validity. |
